HOW TO ORDER

ORDERING INFORMATION

We are here to help and advise all aspects of design, flavour and sizing.

Your first step is to get in touch to check availability with us. Please try and provide as much notice as possible (6-8 weeks is advised) as it is very unlikely we could accommodate a last minute order.

You can do this in three ways:

  1. Connect with on Facebook and send us a direct message
  2. Email us Debbie@cakethat.org
  3. Send a text message to 0782 106 3556

We aim to reply the same evening but it may take another day during busy periods or weekends.

It is great if you know details such as size and flavour so we can provide you with an immediate quote, but we know this isn't always possible at this stage. We'll offer a few suggestions and different design options that will hopefully appeal to your budget. It may be that you have set budget in mind. Let us know and we will always try to work within a reasonable amount and can often suggest different options/styles to help with this.

If you are happy with our suggestions and wish to book, we will ask for a small, non-returnable deposit to be paid within one week. This will save your date, allowing the other details to be confirmed at a later date if you are still undecided. If the required deposit amount remains unpaid by this time, your slot will be offered to the next client who enquires after it. We highly recommend you take the time to read our Terms & Conditions as by paying any deposit you are agreeing to these. The remaining balance is due when the cake is collected from our studio, based at Magna Close, Rotherham. (We will not chase you for your deposit so please pay this promptly to avoid disappointment)

By one week before collection, all details will need to be provided. These will include; flavour and filling choices, any changes to agreed designs, celebration message if you have chosen one, such as Happy Birthday.

Each and every cake we make is unique, and we try our best to personalise them. By providing as much information as you can, this helps make them even more special. I am often asked about personalised figures and add them to lots of my cakes. For these, I need a photo (head shot is fine) and a full description of any clothing sending via email or message.
